Weald Gymnastics is affiliated to British Gymnastics. All our coaches have enhanced DBS checks and have British Gymnastics Association membership and qualifications. As affiliated members of South East Gymnastics and Kent Gymnastics Associations, we are able of offer our gymnastics opportunities to participate in local, county and regional competitions and events. We have robust Covid 19 controls to keep our gymnasts safe.
We believe that gymnastics is a sport for everybody, Gymnastics for All is the flagship discipline of the sport.
Offering a variety of activities, programmes, events and competitions suitable for all genders, age groups and abilities, Gymnastics for All contributes to personal health, fitness and well-being.
We run a wide range of sessions for different ages and experience levels typically lasting an hour every night after school and on Saturday mornings.
We currently have both Floor and Vault squads and four-piece Women's Artistic Squads. These squads train upwards of 5 hours each week and compete in both county and regional competitions.
We offer a range of holiday clubs for all primary and secondary aged pupils. Clubs run during most school holidays providing fun filled, gymnastics based activities between 9am and 3:30pm.
Weald Gymnastics has a large range of equipment available in our central Tonbridge training site. Equipment available includes balance beams, vaulting tables, air track, training blocks, bars, sprung floor and foam pit.

Our Coaching team of 18 coaches is led by Head Coach, Geoff Turner.
Geoff has been coaching gymnastics for over 30 years, and is qualified as a Level 5, Women's Artistic High Performance coach and is a Women’s Artistic national judge.
All our classes are coached by British Gymnastics trained coaches who have enhanced DBS checks.
We offer volunteering opportunities for young people wishing to volunteer as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
